QIDI focus a 100% of resources on delivering the most up-to-date holistic and diverse skincare education programs, via DIGITAL LEARNING (online training) the benefits of which are tremendous; particularly with the COVID -19 situation. Students can study from home for the the most part choosing from our programs  which include: Fundamental Esthetics, Advanced Esthetics, Nail Technician, Wax Technician, Sugarist (Sugaring Hair removal), Permanent Cosmetics, Makeup Artistry, Massage Therapy Bodywork, Beauty and wellness certificate /Diploma, (NIC) Maryland Cosmetology state board  Exam Prep.

 Staying abreast with the ever evolving and dynamic industry of beauty and wellness we prioritize the latest treatment approaches in both alternative and scientific skincare to incorporate a broad spectrum approach that guides students to creatively engage and speak confidently to all aspects of the industry. In keeping with our philosophy, our curriculum weighs heavily on the classroom experience and provides  opportunities to analyze information, debate treatment approaches and take this experience to a practical setting on the clinic floor  to demonstrate hands-on in classical professional techniques, skincare innovations and technologies. Based on understanding that there are multiple ways to approach results-driven treatments, we believe this foundation is a crucial platform as students envision post-graduate opportunities.

One of the known challenges that sets back Spa owners is often times the staff or  rapid turnover of Spa Practitioners and therapist: A study conducted by Spa Finder reveals that spa owners listed ‘obtaining, retaining and managing a motivated and quality staff’ as the number one issue they face.

Based on the above analysis it becomes our commission and mandate to address the elementary and foundational framework of career formation at Quantum Institut’Derme International. With a holistic approach in training we believe we can address this concerns by incorporating a training based on the ‘complete practitioner’ and includes courses on business development, retail sales, organizational skills client retention and industry specific professionalism standards.
